Pacific Audio Visual Institute is accredited under the Private Career Training Institutions Act of British Columbia [PCTIA]. We currently offer diploma programs in Audio Engineering & Production and Music Business Management. PAVI differs from other institutions in that we teach within the environment of an operating, full-service, world-class studio complex.
Students receive personal attention and train on ‘industry standard’ equipment. Programs focus on developing the knowledge, skills and technical expertise required to achieve successful employment. The Audio
Engineering & Production program incorporates
in-depth training in sound engineering and music production. The school
puts students in our world-class commercial recording studios with
instructors and audio engineers who have active professional careers in
the music industry. A PAVI education prepares you for a career in
the music recording and audio engineering industry.
The Music Business Management program provides the technical and
business education required to begin on a business career in the
prospering film industry and rapidly expanding music industry. Learn the
basics of film production and music production from our industry
professionals, and specialize in the highly sought after business
skills required in the entertainment industry.
