Pacific Audio Visual Institute is centrally located in a diverse residential and commercial neighborhood that offers much in the way of affordable housing. International students may wish to make homestay accommodation arrangements from abroad or search for available rental accommodations from local classified ads.

The Institute campus is located in the Vancouver neighborhood of Mount Pleasant and is easily accessible by public transit from anywhere in the city or surrounding areas. Adjacent neighborhoods are False Creek, Fairview Slopes, Marpole, East Vancouver and Strathcona. The West End, the West Side and Burnaby are only slightly further from the Institute, all with excellent public transportation.

Choosing rental accommodations in one of these neighborhoods will provide you with quick and easy access to the Institute. Rental rates begin at around CDN$600 per month. Some of our students choose to share accommodations with other PAVI students. We provide a board on campus for posting accommodation advertisements and a school administrator will be glad to help with your housing questions.
