“DJ Hunt's obsession with music started at an early age. The classically-trained pianist started banging on keys while he was still in diapers, and his passion for music and technology naturally evolved into deejaying and music production.

Hunt's been rocking clubs and parties for over 10 years and advanced effortlessly from vinyl records to Serato without jeopardizing his skills or creativity. As a DJ, he's well known for his versatility and easily adapts to any party while seamlessly blending music of all genres and decades. Whether he's mixing it up with hiphop, R&B, electro, house, funk, disco, reggae or classic rock, Hunt consistently surprises crowds with an old favorite they don't expect to hear or introduces them to the latest music trends before they become trends.

Hunt is also an accomplished music producer & recording engineer; his original remixes are played in clubs and on radio across the world and he's worked with many of Canada's most respected hiphop artists. After working for several years at one of Vancouver's premier recording facilities, Hipposonic Studios, Hunt is now based at Airwaves Sound which houses his own recording studio and production outlet, HYPE Productions.”
