For students unable to receive Government Student Loans, banks may provide a student line of credit to qualified applicants.

PAVI will reimburse graduating students, who request in advance, for the interest (up to 5% per annum) paid on their student bank loan, resulting in a one-year interest-free loan (not to be combined with any other offer, subject to change).
